Scotland climb FIFA World Rankings to highest ever position
The FIFA World Rankings were updated this morning. And it looks good for Scotland, currently placed at 20th.
This is a massive improvement compared to recent years. It was only a year ago that Scottish football was languishing at a depressing position 62 and two since we were as low as 88. However, much has changed. Good results in Euro 2008 including the recent victory against the French have helped us climb five places in the past four months. Just reward for the team’s efforts I think.

I am interested to see how far we shimmy up the table once weve won tomorrow. They are a bunch of great players but i feel they are a pampered bunch (like the english) and wont like what we throw at them. 2-1 Scotland eeeeeeeeeeee
